QLM Label Makers recently re-certified its ISO: 9001 and HACCP accreditations with Intertek SAI Global, adding QLM Label Makers (Cambodia) Co., Ltd to the QLM Group list of companies to achieve ISO: 9001 Certification.
“Whilst particularly essential for food manufacturers, cosmetic and pharmaceutical clients, this ensures all QLM clients from a range of industries benefit from accredited processes and procedures,” notes Lindsay Nutley, QLM’s Director of Marketing. “ISO certification with Intertek SAI Global means QLM’s business processes are verified by this accredited third-party auditor to meet international ISO standards (9001: Quality).”
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a systematic, preventive approach to food safety that identifies and controls potential biological, chemical and physical hazards throughout the food chain. It involves seven principles, including conducting a hazard analysis, determining critical control points (CCPs), establishing critical limits, and implementing monitoring and corrective actions. This management system helps ensure food is safe from production to consumption.
ISO: 9001 Certification also extends to the following QLM Group sites: QLM Label Makers Australia – Brisbane and Melbourne sites, QLM Flexibles Australia – Melbourne, Hoàng Hà Label Co., Ltd – QLM Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam), and QLM Label Makers Malaysia (Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia) (Kuala Lumpur).
