CS Graphics has welcomed Sean McAuley to the team as its new Technical Sales Manager. After nearly four decades of hands-on experience in flexographic and gravure printing, Sean brings with him a wealth of practical, shop-floor experience that will be a tremendous asset to CS Graphics’ customers right across Australia.
Sean is an experienced flexographic print specialist with a demonstrated history in the packaging and containers industry, built over a career with some of the sector’s leading names in Australian packaging – including Amcor and Pro-Pac Packaging, where he most recently worked as a Team Leader in Print and Lamination. Over the years he has operated Uteco eight- and ten-colour presses, the Bobst Lemanic 10 gravure press, and W&H ten-colour gravure presses with inline lamination and coldseal, producing high-quality flexible packaging and folding cartons.
Chris Bodger, Director of Sales at CS Graphics, observed: “Sean understands our customers’ challenges first-hand because he has lived them, and he pairs that production knowledge with a strong background in Continuous Improvement and Kaizen. In addition, he holds a Diploma in Business – Front Line Management, with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing. It is this combination of deep production knowledge and process discipline that makes him so well suited to a technical sales role.”
