Extra exhibitors expand value of Visual Impact Expo

by Matthew Callahan

More of the industry’s leading suppliers have confirmed their involvement in Visual Impact Expo 2026, with the new additions adding further value for an expected 4,000 industry visitors at the Sydney Showground in early September.

Shireen Da Costa, Exhibition & Events Manager for the show’s host and organiser, Visual Connections, says the expanded offering delivers on the supplier association’s commitment to deliver the innovation, information and inspiration industry businesses need to not only survive, but thrive.

“Trade shows are still by far the best opportunity for business owners, operational leads and other key decision-makers to see and compare the very latest innovations, technologies and services all under one roof, and to connect with the experts to better understand how those solutions can be best applied to their own, specific business situation,” Shireen says.

The showcase continues to grow for visitors, with six new exhibitors locking in their stands in recent days. This brings the total to some 60 exhibitors, covering everything from software and MIS solutions to digital wide-format and textile printing and finishing, media and substrates, routing and engraving, digital and illuminated signage, and more.

On the main show floor, two major names finalised their booking plans just last week, with Currie Group booking Stand H9, and Durst Group taking the nearby Stand I12.

Wilenco also announced recently that they will take a sizeable stand on G28 to showcase their large format printing, cutting and finishing solutions, with print media solutions company Visionary Digital also confirming their involvement by finalising a deal on Stand F26.

Hero Print will showcase their trade printing solutions from G16, and Complete Signage Installations will be nearby on H4 to talk to visitors about how they can assist with signage installation.

These newcomers will join a host of other leading names, including Platinum Sponsor, Roland DG on Stand A9, Gold Sponsors Graphic Art Mart on Stand B27, Epson on D11, Mimaki on B31 and HP on A1, and Silver Sponsors Celmac on D18, SAS on B9 and Project Sirius on I9.

The show promises to have a fresh look and feel, with a central meeting and activity area called The Hub at its heart, and a totally new concept for Visual Impact, The Gear Zone showcase of ancillary equipment, services and solutions to expand the remit of the show and provide even more value for visitors.

There will also be the opportunity to gather first-class information and insights by registering for Connect Conference 2026, which will run in Conference Hall 2A next door every morning of the show.

The industry’s most exciting new conference event, Connect Conference 2026 will feature a stellar line-up of keynote speakers, global and local experts, thought-leaders, and industry experts, presenting an unmissable program designed to spark conversations, challenge existing thinking, and inspire new ideas for success.

Connect Conference 2026 is supported by Premium Sponsor ORAFOL Australia, Partner Sponsor Spicers Australia, Day 2 Partner Sponsor Avery Dennison and supporting sponsor ASGA.
