Count down to the Inaugural Executive Leadership Program

by Matthew Callahan

With just under a week left to secure your place in the inaugural Women in Print Executive Leadership Program, now is the time to ensure you don’t miss out.

Running on Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 August 2025 at the State Library Victoria in Melbourne, this two-day intensive has been purpose-built for women and non-binary professionals who are already in leadership roles, and ready to lead with more clarity, confidence and impact.

“This is for leaders who are already in motion, those who’ve stepped up and now want to sharpen how they show up,” says Stephanie Gaddin, Chair of Women in Print Australia. “If you’re navigating change, growing your team, or shifting gears into executive leadership, this program is built for you.”

Led by Jo Wise, Master Certified Executive Coach, the program offers face-to-face coaching, interactive workshops, peer-to-peer collaboration, and more importantly the inaugural Annual Leadership Dinner.

“There is still space, but please don’t wait,” adds Gaddin. “We’ve kept the cohort intentionally small so each participant gets the individual support and peer engagement that makes this program truly powerful.”

Participants will explore:

  • Leadership style and values-based decision making
  • Personal brand and voice as a leader
  • Strategies for performance, resilience and feedback
  • A personalised Leadership Manifesto and growth plan

Registration to the program includes two seats at the Leadership Dinner, so participants can bring a colleague, partner or mentor. At the event, guests will network with industry leaders, and executives from the Ally Sponsors of Women in Print.

There are still spaces available, but places are limited, so those interested in the program are urged not to delay their booking. Women in Print members receive discounted rates, and group bookings of three or more are eligible for a further discount.

Flexible payment options are available.
