GMS Pacific has acquired the assets and inventory of Flexcor Australia Pty Ltd following the retirement of Greg Cope from the business. The well-respected Sydney-based company has been in operation for more than 30 years supplying leading capital and consumable brands to the printing, packaging and paper manufacturing industries in Australia.
“This acquisition fits well with the strategic growth objectives for the GMS Pacific business to strengthen our national footprint, and provide a broader range of products and services to the key market segments in the printing and packaging industry,” noted Andrew McNamara, managing director, GMS Pacific. “It will ensure continuity of supply to Flexcor’s current and valued customers and will offer both GMS Pacific and Flexcor customers a broader range of products and solutions moving forward.”
The key staff have all been retained and will continue employment with GMS Pacific to ensure a smooth transition. All enquiries and orders for products previously sold under the Flexcor banner should now be directed to GMS Pacific.
