Entries for the 2026 FPLMA Packaging Awards came from a wide range of market segments and from all parts of the ANZ region, cementing the FPLMA Print Awards as one that the industry recognises.

The judges expressed amazement at the exceptionally high level of print quality achieved across all market segments. From flexographic, offset, gravure and digital print applications through to complex multi-process packaging solutions, the standard of work on display reflected an industry operating at a world-class level.
Particular praise was given to the consistency of colour reproduction, the sharpness of fine detail, and the precision achieved on difficult substrates and challenging print finishes. Judges noted the remarkable advances in technology, all of which contributed to a significant lift in overall presentation and shelf impact.
Many entries demonstrated outstanding creativity combined with technical excellence, showcasing vibrant graphics, flawless registration, and sophisticated embellishments that elevated packaging beyond its functional purpose into a powerful brand communication tool.
The judging panel also highlighted the growing confidence of ANZ printers in pushing the boundaries of innovation, with several entries rivalling international award-winning standards. The continued investment in new technologies and skilled craftsmanship was evident throughout the competition, positioning the region among the leaders in global print quality and packaging execution.
Award winners will be celebrated at the Gala Awards Dinner Dance on August 28 at Crown Palladium. Tickets will soon be available on the FPLMA website.
